What you will Do:

• You will work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service by following company standards and procedures.
• You will travel to customers’ homes to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

What you Need:

• At least 1 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities:
What YOU Will Do:

• Use good communication and listening skills
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolve problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus

Qualifications:

• Residential Plumbing experience
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
• Physical dexterity
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
